DESCRIPTION:Maestro che\, insieme a Turner\, è il massimo esponente della 
 pittura romantica inglese\, John Constable è protagonista di una mostra c
 he racconta e ripercorre cronologicamente tutta la vicenda artistica del c
 elebre pittore attraverso le opere della Tate\, UK.\nIl percorso espositiv
 o è costituito da una sessantina di opere\, che vanno dagli schizzi e dai
  dipinti di piccole dimensioni realizzati en plein air\, in modo precoceme
 nte impressionista\, per arrivare ai più importanti e vasti paesaggi roma
 ntici\, quali la celebre veduta di Stratford Mill\, raffiguranti luoghi ne
 lle immediate vicinanze del suo villaggio natio\, Dedham Vale\, nella cont
 ea del Suffolk. Luoghi d'affezione\, sentimentalmente importantissimi per 
 questo grande arista che a differenza del collega Turner\, grande viaggiat
 ore\, non si allontana mai dall'amata Inghilterra e raffigura la Natura in
  chiave "pittoresca"\, per usare la celebre terminologia dell'Estetica del
  filosofo Immanuel Kant.\nIn mostra troviamo anche opere di artisti coevi 
 di Constable\, e in alcuni casi\, concorrenti\, come Turner\, John Linnell
 \, Benjamin West e altri il cui lavoro s'intreccia e confronta con quello 
 di Constable.\n\nJohn Constable\, the master who\, along with Turner\, is 
 the leading figure of Romantic English painting\, is the protagonist of an
  exhibition that tells\, and chronologically retraces\, the whole artistic
  career of the renowned painter through the works from Tate\, UK.\nThe exh
 ibit showcases around sixty works\, ranging from sketches and\, precocious
 ly impressionist\, small-format en plein air paintings\, to the most impor
 tant and vast Romantic landscapes\, such as the famous view of Stratford M
 ill\, depicting places in the neighbourhood of the village where he was bo
 rn\, Dedham Vale\, in Suffolk. Places of affection\, which deeply touched 
 the feelings of this great painter who\, unlike fellow artist Turner\, gre
 at traveller\, never leaves his beloved England and depicts Nature in a "p
 icturesque" way\, just to quote the famous Aesthetics terminology by philo
 sopher Immanuel Kant.\nThe display also includes works by artists coeval w
 ith Constable and\, in some cases\, in competition with him\, like Turner\
